Markon’s mission is focused on excellence and commitment. We recognize the importance of providing opportunities for individuals new to the workforce to gain exposure to our company and the clients we support. As a result, our formalized internship program provides a welcoming opportunity to gain professional experience while working at our Corporate Headquarters in Falls Church, VA.

Each summer we seek out energized and dedicated individuals to join our team. While space is limited and availability and acceptance are not guaranteed, we do hope you will consider providing your contact information through this page. The internship program focuses on aligning different facets of our business with each intern’s interests in several areas, including:

• Marketing, media, internal communications, business development
• Human resources, employee relations, eLearning programming
• Contract and quality management, government procurement
• Information technology and more

Outside of the office, our interns also get the opportunity to tour high-profile client sites, such as the Pentagon, and learn the unique history of each building as well as the specialized services Markon provides to our customers.

*Candidates must be currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate program, continuing education or trades program, or a recent graduate.
