“Markon is undeniably one of the best contractors that we have worked with in our branch in recent years. You go the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction, address any and all concerns, resolve conflict if and when it arises, present solutions at every instance and provide a cooperative work environment each and every day.”

~ U.S. Government Agency

Successful facilities planning and execution must solve problems rather than create them. At Markon, we have continually honed our ability to prevent potential issues and solve existing ones through our extensive work with most departments and agencies of the Federal Government.

We bring this passion for high performance to every project, in every location, whether or not the task at hand is mission critical. To our clients, every need is pressing and every outcome is critical. The same expertise, trusted employees, and passion for success applied to the secure environment also make us great partners for the open public and private sector. Our facilities expertise spans from the National Capital Region (NCR) to locations worldwide, with localized commitment for each customer.

Markon maintains a multidisciplinary staff of industry professionals who hold a variety of credentials/registrations including Professional Engineers (PE), Certified Construction Managers (CCM), Project Management Professionals (PMP)®, Interior Designers (NCIDQ/ASID), Certified Cost Estimators (CCE), and LEED Accredited Professionals (LEED AP).

Whether the phase is planning, design, construction, operations, or analysis, managing the project life cycle is our business. The Markon team of facility professionals has earned a reputation for being reliable, efficient, and effective.

As a result, we are routinely called upon to be the Owner’s representative to manage an entire campus development, a single design and construction project, or facility operations.
