30 Sep Markon Leadership Meets with The Clearing
On September 26th, the Markon Leadership Development Program met with The Clearing’s Jen Vanmeter and Lauren Russell who led the group on the topic of High Performing Teams. To understand how to create and sustain high team performance, Jen shared the Drexler/Sibbet Team Performance Model, where Teams evolve through a pattern of Orientation, Trust Building, Goal Clarification, Commitment, Implementation, High Performance, and Renewal. Jen used the following Primes: Ennoblement, Cohesion, Fragmentation, and Muda. A huge thank you to Jen and Lauren for their help and we look forward to seeing them again in November!!
