The team has worked with the DoD, the Intelligence Community, Federal organizations, and commercial organizations to provide professional security consulting and management solutions.

 

Markon’s team is able to assist our clients with their security program, no matter what stage of development it is in. We provide security solutions in several core areas: security assessments, policy and procedure improvements, construction consulting, and security system consulting.

Proven Performance:

  • Markon has successfully managed the security standup at multiple secure facilities, some in excess of 500,000 square feet. Recently, Markon led a high profile customer through the entire security assessment and execution process --- integrating all aspects of security through the planning, procurement, design, construction, and delivery phases for a US Government campus.

  • Markon has managed electronic security installation for clients in nearly 2 million square feet of secure facilities. Most of our current projects involve agencies with needs for enterprise sized and fully integrated security systems.

    Andrwe WeaverAndrew Weaver, PSP, PMP. an Associate with Markon Solutions,
    has extensive experience with security systems design and integration, guard force operations, and security project management. Andrew has successfully delivered projects for a number of agencies including DIA, O/DNI, CIA, NRO, the US Army, and the US Air Force. He is currently working with an IC customer to standup a full service security support program to include 24/7 guard services, emergency management plans, construction oversight, and a complete solution for a campus electronic security system.

     

     

     

     

     

     

    Cassandra Craine is a Senior Consultant at Markon Solutions
    with five years’ experience as an on-site Project and Program Manager supporting the Federal Government. Ms. Craine manages three programs (two over $5M), including renovation projects for laboratories, data centers, office spaces and site security. She uses her management and interpersonal skills daily to schedule and coordinate multiple groups, projects and meetings and applies her technical expertise to develop estimates, conduct technical reviews, track costs, execute procurements and develop customer reports. Ms. Craine holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering specializing in Electrical Systems and a Minor in Physics.
